In contrast, other symptom pairs like nausea and fever are more common in different types of foodborne illnesses, such as those caused by certain bacteria or viruses. Similarly, severe headache and dizziness, as well as jaundice with abdominal pain, are typically linked to other conditions rather than trichothecene exposure.
